## How the product works

1. Uploader adds a bill photo, amount, short story, category, contact email, and payout method (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or email).
2. The bill appears in a swipe deck at /swipe.
3. A payer swipes right and completes secure card checkout.
4. After payment, the bill is marked paid; the uploader tracks status on /bills/[id].

Payments run through a secure card checkout. Uploaders list how they want to receive funds after a bill is paid.
