When someone swipes right, Bored Billionaire opens a secure card checkout. You confirm the amount, enter payment details on that checkout screen, and finish. Card data stays with the payment processor - we are not asking you to text numbers into a chat.

What the payer sees

• The bill amount they chose to cover
• A standard checkout flow for card payment
• A success screen after the charge completes

What the uploader sees

After a successful payment, the bill status flips to paid on the bill page. That page is the source of truth while payout follow-through happens using the method you listed at upload.

If checkout is canceled

Changed your mind mid-checkout? Canceling leaves the bill open for someone else. Nothing is owed until payment completes.
